Recipe-Egg Salad Sandwiches

When I was a stay at home Mom all day..my husband would call me a little before his lunch break to say he's coming home for lunch.  That was my cue to start whipping up something wonderful.  Well, Egg Salad Sandwiches can be wonderful when you had some crispy bacon.  Yuu-um!
